How to make your donation via check:

• Bring the check in to Coach Tom Hoff or bring to the Activities office window (Linda Stover) at the school. 
• Write a check payable to DHHS (and in the note section of your check please include your athlete’s name).  DHHS TAX ID #33-0014137
